NASCO Hires New COO
NASCO is pleased to announce the recent hire of our new COO, Mr. Michael Hale. Mike comes to NASCO with a 30 year track record of successful strategic and tactical leadership in the real estate development and construction industry. His operational leadership includes directing and managing a construction management portfolio with yearly revenues in excess of $1 billion. He specializes in the development and institutionalization of innovative processes and project management methodologies that reduce costs, improve efficiencies, improve competitive advantage and enhance profitability. His project experience includes over 15 years of federal construction management.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alaska and is a 2006 graduate of the Columbia Business School Executive Leadership Program. Mike succeeds Matt James as COO, who is assuming his role as President and member of the Board.

NASCO Hires New CEO
NASCO is pleased to announce the recent hire of our new CEO, Mr. Steve Cook. Steve leads the senior management team in NASCO’s development, operations, and business activities. He works in conjunction with NASCO’s Board of Directors to set NASCO’s future goals and strategies to reach those goals. He focuses on creating a corporate performance environment that enables the high quality delivery of company services to NASCO’s clients. His management background is exclusively federal contracting related to the installation, operation, and sustainment of federal infrastructure systems and related programs. Steve retired from the Air Force following a 20-year active-duty career; the majority of which was spent providing installation, operation, and maintenance of critical US infrastructure systems employed around the world to monitor global compliance with international nuclear testing treaties. 

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Warner Southern College. Steve succeeds Rusty Sheppard as CEO, who is now leading the Board of Directors as Chairman.

NASCO is Dyron-Murphy Architects’ critical subcontractor for the recent win of a $45 million SABER at Holloman AFB, New Mexico.

NASCO is Northcon’s critical subcontractor for this recent win of a $15 million IDIQ contract at FLETC Glynco, GA.

NASCO receives notice of award for a $50 million JOC at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, Oklahoma.

NASCO Is Awarded Indian Health Service JOC
NASCO receives notice of award for a $75 million JOC at the Navajo Nation and northern Arizona.

NASCO Is Chosen for BIA MACC
NASCO is one of the successful bidders for the Bureau of Indian Affairs MACC, with a ceiling value of $125M.

NASCO Is Awarded Fort Hood JOC Contract
NASCO receives notice of award for a $100 million Job Order Contract at Fort Hood, Texas.

NASCO Is Chosen for Fort Huachuca JOC Contract
