Sedona-NASCO JV2, LLC was awarded a $45M Job Order Contract (JOC) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) & Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) with performance locations reaching to Camp Bullis, Lackland AFB, Randolph AFB and Fort Sam Houston, TX. This three-year contract provides for the maintenance, repair, upgrade, renovation, and construction of real property with task orders ranging in size between $2.5k and $1M. We are excited for another opportunity with our SBA approved Mentor-Protege partner, Sedona Contracting, to provide a wide variety of repair and minor construction services throughout six locations in TX for the USACE Fort Worth District. 

The scope of work for this contract includes: 

  • Mechanical/HVAC

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Structural

  • Lighting installation or repair

  • Instrumentation repair

  • Asbestos and lead based paint abatement

  • Environmental remediation

  • Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) systems upgrades, repairs, and installation

  •  Interior and exterior painting of buildings or structures

  • Storm water system improvement and repair

  • Repair/replace roofing systems

  • Interior and exterior improvement
